Each year we publish 500 page catalogue , offering more than 8 000 items. Being the only supplier in the industry we state prices of all catalogue items and we guarantee this price throughout the catalogue validity.

We offer high quality products from European and world producers some of them with extended warranty. You may choose economical products or higher class products. More than 30 % of the products offered we import ourselves.

 

Availability

 

There are more than 25 000 items available in sufficient quantity in our warehouse. We can process your order in extremely short time. We sell products from one piece.

 

FREE of charge transport

 

We will deliver products next business day after the order is accepted in working hours. Transport FREE of charge, only orders with value under 1000 CZK are being charged 100 CZK.
For transport we use our own cars.

 

Clear discount structure

 

Payment in cash > DISCOUNT 2 %

 

Discount cannot be claimed in case of deferred payment.

 

Electronic communication

 

If you are using your own ordering system (SAP, Navision, Oracle, etc.) or e-markets (Ariba, Hubwoo, Centrade, Siemens-C2P) we offer you the option to connect these systems with our e-shop and make the use of its above standard user functions.

 

We are the only supplier in the industry who offers tax documents sending to ALL the customers (so called E-invoicing). Tax documents are being sent in PDF and ISDOC and carry an electronic signature (sign). This is a modern, simple, efficient and ecological way of invoicing, which is in compliace with the law of the Czech Republic.

Return of products for a misplaced order

 

If you misplace your order and order wrong products or wrong quantity you can return the products at no costs (must be originally packed):

- office supplies until 14 days

- catering and IT consumables until 2 days

 

Consultancy, installation, warranty and after warranty service

 

We offer free of charge consultancy when choosing some products like copiers, printers and the like. For financing your purchase of more expensive IT products you can opt for leasing or installment sale.

 

We will install IT and office machines you buy from us. We can also mediate a service engineer or we can pick up the machine and take it to the service centre.

 

Additional service

 

We can deliver promotional items, printed office documents, stamps, digital, off-set and thermo print business card tailored to your requirements.
