Transport

• We transport orders with our own ACTIVA cars

• Orders received on working days before 4 pm will be delivered the next working day

• If you order after 4 pm or outside working days we will deliver the order one working day later

To provide this service, we use an extensive fleet of vehicles, which includes more than 230 passenger and commercial vehicles. Our drivers are ready to deliver the goods to individual offices.

Shipping is FREE, only for orders lower than 1790 CZK without VAT, shipping is 130 CZK without VAT.

Payment

When ordering for the first time, we will ask you to pay in cash or online by credit card. For other orders, our customers have a choice of the following payment methods: online payment card, qr code, bank transfer on the basis of an issued invoice with a 14-day maturity or in cash upon receipt of the goods.

When paying in cash, please prepare the exact amount. The driver does not need to have a refund.

All payment methods are FREE with us. Only in the specific case, when you have an account in a foreign bank and you pay the purchase price of the order from it to our CZK account, we can charge you a fee of CZK 200, which covers the costs incurred by us with this payment.

Delivery

• To transport your order, you can choose either Zásilkovna, Balíkovna or a Courier ACTIVA.

• Orders received on working days before 15:00 pm, we pack the the same day (*varies by carrier)

• If you order after 15:00 pm or outside working days, we will pack the order one working day later

Zásilkovna

• if the order is received before 12:30 pm on working days, we ship the same day
  
  

• Upon receipt of the order by Zásilkovna, you will be sent an e-mail with the trace number of the shipment. You can track the movement of the shipment online.

• You will be informed about the delivery of the shipment to the chosen delivery point by e-mail and SMS with a password. The password is important to pick up the shipment. Without this password, the shipment will not be issued.

• You can pick up the shipment at any time after obtaining the password, within 7 days.

• The price of transport is 69 CZK incl. VAT.

Delivery by Zásilkovna is only possible for orders up to 15 kg and the sum of 3 pages max. 150 cm, the length of one side can be max. 120 cm. Orders that exceed this limit will be automatically delivered by courier ACTIVA.

Balíkovna *

• if the order is received before 12:30 pm on working days, we ship the same day

• Balíkovna guarantees priority delivery of parcels at selected branches of the Czech Post or in Balíkovna operated by external partners.

• We hand over the goods to the carrier no later than the second working day after the order.

• Upon receipt, you will be sent an email with a package number that you can track at cpost.cz.

• Picking up the parcel in Balíkovn is based on the name and code for picking up the parcel.

• The shipping price is CZK 79 incl. VAT.

Zásilkovna na adresu

• if the order is received before 12:30 pm on working days, we ship the same day
  
  

• Upon receipt of the order by Zásilkovna, you will be sent an e-mail with the trace number of the shipment. You can track the movement of the shipment online.

• On the day of delivery, the recipient receives an SMS with a 90-minute time window when the courier will deliver the package.

• Upon arrival, the courier calls the customer twice or rings the bell. The delivery is carried out securely after the password is provided (or after verification of the identity document)

• The price of transport is 109 CZK incl. VAT.

Balíkovna na adresu *

• if the order is received before 12:30 pm on working days, we ship the same day

• Upon receipt, you will be sent an email with a package number that you can track at cpost.cz.

• If the carrier does not reach you, you will receive a notification that the shipment has been deposited at the post office. If you do not pick up the package at the post office within 10 days, it will be returned to our address.

• The shipping price is CZK 129 incl. VAT. 

Courier ACTIVA

• On the day of delivery, you will receive a message to the e-mail address specified in the order.

• The report will also include a telephone contact for our driver.

• Delivery will take place on working days between 8.00 - 15.00.

• The price of transport is 140 CZK incl. VAT.

Payment

Payment for the order for the end customer is possible with an online payment card or cash on delivery.
