The ACTIVA Benefit loyalty program is intended for end customers. To obtain membership in the program, just fill out the registration. You can become a member before your first order.
Without registration, the limit for free shipping is CZK 2,150.
Do you shop with us regularly? Then you deserve a reward.
Each item is awarded a certain number of bonus points. These bonus points are added up for each of your purchases.

The condition for maintaining points is a purchase for at least CZK 500 once every 6 months. If you do not purchase within this period, you will again receive only the basic benefits of membership. Only purchases that you have made as a registered customer are added to the loyalty program.

How do I become a member?
Just fill out the registration on the website. You can become a member even if you are with us for the first time. After registering, you can immediately reap the benefits of membership in the program.
Where can I find out what discount I have?
After logging in to your account, the Loyalty Program box will appear in the right column.
What do I get points for in the program?
The value of the goods with VAT is included in the value of the order. The price for transport is not included.
When will points be credited for my order?
Points will be credited to you when the goods are shipped from our warehouse.
Can I lose my points?
Yes. The condition for maintaining points is a purchase for at least CZK 500 once every 6 months. If you do not make a purchase within this period, you will remain a member, but the bonus account will be reset. Points are also deducted for returned goods.
